All of our in-shop meats are available first-come, first-serve so the best way to ensure the desired cuts of meat are available is to submit a custom order. Complete the form below to request a quote for your custom order. We will follow-up to confirm pricing for your selections and timeline for availability if it's not in stock. We will then send an invoice if you'd like to proceed with purchase.
